Sitzmark Ski Trip to Lake Tahoe is

Sitzmark is skiing Heavenly/South Lake Tahoe from Saturday Feb 24 to Saturday March 2, 2024

Price: $930 - Cash/Check price
• Includes 7 nights lodging, Daily Continental breakfast, Welcome Party, Club party or dinner and ground transportation to/from Sacramento CA.
• Airfare and Lift tickets need to be purchased separately. Special lift ticket rate available with sign up.
We will be staying in the Forest Suite in 2 bedroom/2 bath condos which are 25 yards from the Heavenly gondola. The price for the trip will be around $900 and it includes 7 nights lodging, roundtrip bus from Sacramento, a welcome wine and cheese reception and daily hot continental breakfast. We will also do a club dinner or possibly another club activity.
Everyone is going to need to book their own air into Sacramento and in order to catch the bus, you will need to arrive by 1pm PST. If you need help booking your air, SkiGroup.net can assist you. As of now, the only airline offering non-stop into Sacramento, is United. We have decided to fly into Sacramento, rather than Reno, due to the lack of non-stop flights from Chicago to Reno.
Heavenly is on the Epic pass and you can get your lifts through our club Epic pass site or through SkiGroup.net.

Sitzmark's fiscal year runs May 1 to April 30 of the following year. Membership dues are $20.00 (cash or check), per person annually, payable no later than August 31, 2022. Failure to renew membership within three (3) months of the due date shall be cause for termination of membership. If you would like to organize an event but not sure what, some past ideas include Hiking, Pedal Tavern, Segway, and Kayaking during warm weather months. And winter hiking, snowshoeing, X-C skiing in cold weather months.

Advice for those organizing events:
If you volunteered to organize & run an event…THANK YOU!! Your club appreciates you taking the time to volunteer and contribute your ideas. Now…the next step is to contact our PREZ, Gina DeJoseph, who will help PROMOTE your trip/event in the club weekly updates, which communicates our event to the club. Our PREZ, and/or any of our board members are more than willing to help you and provide you with suggestions on how to sell the event. If you need help designing a flyer, contact Gina and/or any of the board members to assist you. Our co-VP's - Alouise & Betty, coordinate all our Social events and non-ski trips.
