2025 Beaver Creek




Beaver Creek ski trip from Saturday, February 8 to Saturday, February 15, 2025.

Number of participants is 28. Registration is required.  For more information, contact Cindy Collins at cindercus@yahoo.com.


Registration options:

  • Registration at a meeting with payment amt per the payment schedule
  • Registration via US Mail with payment amt per the payment schedule
    • Sitzmark Ski Club P.O. Box 386, Libertyville, IL  60048
  • Registration via email (skimistress@sitzmarkskiclub.com) with payment received by Zelle, US Mail or at meeting within 14 days of signup.  If payment is not received within the time allowed, registration will be cancelled.

Price: $1500

Includes 7 nights lodging, Welcome Party, Club party or dinner and ground transportation. Lift tickets need to be purchased online.

Options available during registration for Single Supplement.

A $400.00 cash or check deposit!!

10/2:  $550.00 or Balance due if less than listed amount.
12/4: $550.00  or Balance Due .

Lift Tickets:

Lift tickets are not included and must be purchased separately by each participant to avoid paying the rack rate at the mountain when you get there.

Beaver Creek is on the Epic pass and you can get your lift through our club Epic pass site


Information for buying your Epic pass through our tour operator, will be updated in the future.


Additional Information:

We will be staying in The Borders in 2 bedroom/2 bath condos which are ski in/ski out.

Everyone must book their own air into Denver.  In order to  catch the bus, you will need to arrive by time TBF  If you need help booking your air, SkiGroup.net can assist you.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Friday, November 29, 2024 at 12:01 AM
Cancellation Policy:
To cancel, you must inform a trip leader orally or preferably in writing.

All cancellations will incur a charge of $20.00 plus any unrecoverable cost incurred by the Club because of cancellation.

If you cancel and a replacement is found, you will receive a full refund minus the $20.00 fee and any unrecoverable change fees incurred by the Club because of your cancellation.

If you cancel with less than one (1) month and a replacement is not found or the trip contract altered to waive the charges for your place, you must petition the board in writing for a refund. The Board will vote on the amount to be refunded based on the reason for cancellation and penalties assessed the club because of your cancellation.
