Park City ski trip from Sunday March 5 to Friday, March 10, 2023.

*** Important Park City Deadlines ***

November 30 2022 - If you have previously indicated, you will, or may - book your own flights. This s the last day to opt for the flight available as part of the trip.
December 4 2022 - Purchase EPIC pass to ski Park City. If not purchased by this date, you will need to purchase individual area lift ticket(s) at higher price.
December 12 2022 - IKON PASS - Photo must be uploaded to IKON website for previously purchased IKON pass

Number of participants is 28. Registration for trip via this website is required if paying deposit by Paypal/credit card else recommended, identifying the trip options being requested. Otherwise email Cindy Collins at cindercus@yahoo.com for possible options about this trip.

Includes 5 nights lodging, air, ground transportation with tip to/from airport, porter at lodging, Sitzmark party and club dinner.

Lift Tickets:

Lift tickets are not included and must be purchased separately by each participant to avoid paying the rack rate ($164-179) at the mountain when you get there.

Lift Tickets (if you do not have an EPIC pass or wish to ski Deer Valley and do not have an IKON pass):

EPIC/IKON requires lifts to be purchased by each person individually. Prices are expected to be raised in September.
If planning to ski Deer Valley, purchase 3 day Epic and 1 day IKON

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel, you must inform a trip leader orally or preferably in writing.

All cancellations will incur a charge of $20.00 plus any unrecoverable cost incurred by the Club because of cancellation.

If you cancel and a replacement is found, you will receive a full refund minus the $20.00 fee and any unrecoverable change fees incurred by the Club because of your cancellation.

If you cancel with less than one (1) month and a replacement is not found or the trip contract altered to waive the charges for your place, you must petition the board in writing for a refund. The Board will vote on the amount to be refunded based on the reason for cancellation and penalties assessed the club because of your cancellation.
